How the Program Works
A flexible, four-phase approach tailored to each child's needs

- • Positive associations with the space
Short Stays Alone

Parent leaves for short periods while child engages in activities with educators. Includes meal or snack time. Pickup before nap if needed.
- • First separations for short durations
- • Child participates in activities independently
- • Include meal or snack time
- • Positive reunions with parent
Extended Days
Gradual increase to full schedule
Gradually increase stay duration, include nap time when ready, and build up to full-day schedule as child demonstrates comfort and confidence.
- • Longer stays with nap time
- • Full participation in daily routine
- • Child shows comfort and confidence
- • Transition to regular schedule complete
Timeline: Typically 1-2 weeks, but fully adaptable to each child's needs.
